Because we use Stripe's pre-authorization at the moment a client proposes a time, we capture immediate digital consent and a clear paper trail, significantly reducing the likelihood of successful chargebacks.
No. You set your own cancellation policies (e.g., 48 hours). Since the deposit is pre-authorized, if they flake or cancel late, you can capture the deposit with one click.
Never. We only take a 10% operational fee from the upfront *deposit* when a booking is officially confirmed. The final cost of the tattoo is handled entirely between you and the client in the shop.
You are in full control. If a proposal doesn't fit your schedule or you don't want to do the piece, you can hit 'Reject' or 'Propose New Time'. If rejected, the client's pre-authorized hold is instantly released.
